1.1. To attend the conference, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
1.2. Your registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your registration or allow others to attend in your place without prior authorization.

2.1. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are expected to adhere to the conference Code of Conduct, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. Harassment or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
2.2. Any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the conference without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.1. All content presented at the conference, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of the conference organizers or the respective speakers.
3.2. Unauthorized recording or distribution of conference sessions is strictly prohibited.

4. Changes to the Program:

4.1. The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including but not limited to speakers, schedule, and venue. Registrants will be notified by email if there in any change

4.2. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the conference, our liability is limited to the registration fee paid.

5. Privacy Policy:

5.1. By registering for the conference, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2. We may share your contact information with sponsors and exhibitors unless you opt-out during the registration process.

6. Photography and Recording:

6.1. Photography, audio recording, and video recording may be conducted at the conference. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

7. Liability:

7.1. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
